Monthly Service Agreements

Monthly IT support agreements can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Prepaid months will be refunded on a prorated basis.

One-Time Services

One-time consulting or project work is refundable within 7 days if the work has not yet begun.

Hardware and Products

Physical products can be returned within 14 days in original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
